This Hoboken family-owned, authentic Italian-American restaurant has a whole lot of heart. Il Tavolo opened just before the pandemic broke and survived! They came to me for branding, graphics and menus, but I ended up providing interior design, social media, and for the website I built, I directed the food shoots. The site is no longer in this iteration, so stills and the movie are it.
My favorite contributions: The idea for The Family Table, a huge live edge slab of cherry that dominates the back dining room, with a whallop of bling hanging above. The logo painted on the exterior. The custom illuminated sign above the bar. Splashes of red throughout. Debossed leather menu holders. And the retro bar stools, all very rat pack.
